Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay for a rental, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment page — we do not see or store your full card number ourselves.

Important — saved card for damage/loss: As part of our rental terms, we save your payment card on file with Stripe after checkout. This allows us to charge your card after your rental period ends if equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned, in accordance with our Rental Agreement & Waiver. We only use this saved card for that purpose — we do not use it for any other charges without your knowledge.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process and confirm your rental reservation

Improve our Site and booking experience

How We Store and Share Your Information

Your reservation and contact information is stored in our website's database (hosted by Wix) and in our customer contact system, which we use to send booking-related emails. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information with the following parties only as needed to operate our business:

Stripe, to process your payment and, where applicable, save your card for damage/loss charges
Wix, our website hosting and site-management platform, which stores reservation and contact data on our behalf
